Tomas Novak
Tomáš Novák is an investor, real estate developer and founder of TNI Group, which he established in 1995. For more than 30 years, he has focused on acquisitions, investments, development and active real estate asset management across Europe and the United States.
During his career, he has led or participated in real estate, development and investment projects with an aggregate value exceeding CZK 10 billion.
In 2018, together with Jakub Kořínek, he co-founded Fond Českého Bydlení. In the United States, he develops residential investment and development projects in Southwest Florida through TIVA Invest Real LLC.
He studied economics at VSB – Technical University of Ostrava and completed the Real Estate Management program at Harvard Business School.

Jakub Kořínek
Experienced investment professional with sixteen years of experience in the largest investment groups KKCG and Penta Investments. Since 2013, he has been independently engaged in residential investment and manages his own portfolio of hundreds of apartments and family houses throughout the Czech Republic. Graduate of the University of Economics in Prague and postgraduate studies at Sheffield Hallam University in England. In 2002, he passed the brokerage exams for managing client portfolios. He completed the Real estate management program at Harvard University in the USA and the investment programs at INSEAD and the London Business School. During his career, he made investments in the amount of around EUR 1 billion in the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland.

Petr has almost two decades of experience in private equity. He applied his skills in the international investment groups KKCG and RSBC Group, where he participated in international transactions in the field of betting and lotteries, tourism and investments in the energy sector, etc.

Lucie Procházková
A manager with an economic education and almost twenty years of experience in the financial world. In the past, she worked as a sales manager in financial institutions, where she focused primarily on external trade and developing relationships with strategic partners, business development and project management. She joined the Fund in February 2024 as CSO and is in charge of sales and marketing.
