TNI Group is a privately owned investment and real estate group founded in 1995. We identify and execute investment opportunities in real estate, development and selected private equity investments. We cover the entire investment cycle – from opportunity sourcing, acquisition and financing through development and active asset management to long-term ownership or a successful exit. Assets held by TNI Group exceed CZK 1.5 billion. Over more than 30 years, we have completed, managed or participated in real estate, development and investment projects with an aggregate value exceeding CZK 10 billion. In 2018, Tomáš Novák and Jakub Kořínek co-founded Fond Českého Bydlení, a separate fund for qualified investors focused on residential rental housing. The fund has more than CZK 2 billion in assets under management and a portfolio of over 1,000 residential and non-residential units across Czechia, Slovakia and Germany. In the United States, we operate through TIVA Invest Real LLC, which has focused on residential investment and development in Southwest Florida since 2012, particularly in Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach.
