We seek investment opportunities in real estate, development and selected equity investments. We are actively involved in acquisitions, financing, project management, asset management and the development of individual investment platforms.
We prefer opportunities where we can leverage our own capital, long-term experience, and active involvement in project management.
TNI-owned Real Estate
TNI Group invests in residential and commercial real estate and development projects. We focus on opportunities where long-term value can be created through appropriate acquisition, financing, development and active management.
The assets owned by TNI Group exceed CZK 1.5 billion.
Czech Housing Fund
In 2018, Tomáš Novák and Jakub Kořínek co-founded the Czech Housing Fund, a specialized fund of qualified investors focused on residential rental housing.
The fund has assets under management exceeding CZK 2 billion and a real estate portfolio worth over CZK 2.5 billion. The portfolio includes more than 1,000 residential and non-residential units in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany.
The fund's long-term investment strategy is based on rental housing, active portfolio management, and gradual expansion into promising regions.
TIVA Invest Real LLC - Southwest Florida
In the United States, we operate through TIVA Invest Real LLC, which has been engaged in residential investment, acquisitions, development and management of real estate in Southwest Florida since 2012.
We focus primarily on the Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers Beach areas.
