We perceive that the rental housing market is gaining signifinance. That is why in 2018, together with Jakub Korinek, we founded the first Czech rental housing fund. This allowed investors to participate in the cultivation of residential housing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As a Qualified Investor Fund (FKI), we are managed by the investment company CODYA and hold a licence from the CNB. We specialize in residential properties in regions with an optimal balance between property price, rental yield and local economic conditions. With a portfolio comprising 20 apartment buildings in 12 locations, we provide investors a steady annual return of 6-10% with low risk.
