Thanks to the Czech Housing Fund, we are actively operating in the segment of rental housing, which has a great perspective and an interesting long-term evaluation. We provide complete services and services associated with active property management including economic, business, technical, operational and legal services. We actively manage and perform effective portfolio management to maximize returns.

We come up with ideas and projects in segments with growing demand, especially in the area of retail leisure services (entertainment, tourism). We finance our projects from our own and foreign sources. We create projects and long-term partnerships with our financial and equity partners.

We perceive that the rental housing market is gaining signifinance. That is why in 2018, together with Jakub Korinek, we founded the first Czech rental housing fund. This allowed investors to participate in the cultivation of residential housing in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As a Qualified Investor Fund (FKI), we are managed by the investment company CODYA and hold a licence from the CNB. We specialize in residential properties in regions with an optimal balance between property price, rental yield and local economic conditions. With a portfolio comprising 20 apartment buildings in 12 locations, we provide investors a steady annual return of 6-10% with low risk.
